…. the way to resolve your personal legal problem!
Any legal problem is usually very stressful for the person concerned. You are worried and cannot concentrate on the daily challenges you are faced with. In such a situation it makes sense to take the time for collecting the relevant documents and writing down the facts. In doing this you will organize your thoughts and clear your head and often this will help to decide what needs to be done.
On this page we would like to give you the opportunity to write down your problem and email it to us. Please use the online service form below.
After viewing the matter we will contact you by phone and give you an initial legal assessment and a non-binding initial cost estimate upon request. For this purpose we require you to provide your telephone number and a suitable time and date at which you are available.
No client-lawyer relationship will be established nor will any costs occur for you by filling in and sending the contact form. This is also true for the above-mentioned cost estimate. On this basis you will be able to decide whether or not you wish to engage our services.
If legal issues are discussed during a following phone call, the client will be charged in accordance with the customary hourly rates of the law firm and the legal fees (RVG – lawyers’ compensation act), respectively. We will be pleased to inform you about the fees in detail. We would, however, like to point out that telephone counseling is only offered in exceptional cases. This is due to the fact that in most cases a review of the essential documents and a detailed description of the facts are necessary.
Of course you can also contact us directly by telephone to communicate your concern. We will then arrange a meeting and record the facts together with you.
No client-lawyer relationship will be established by sending us an email. Such a relationship is not established until we have supplied or have promised to supply legal services upon specific request.
Right of Withdrawal:
In case the contract of mandate is a distance contract (concluded by email, telephone, letter etc), you – as a consumer – are entitled to withdraw from it in writing within a period of two weeks without giving any reasons. The withdrawal period begins with conclusion of the contract and on receipt of this information. Timely dispatch of the notification of withdrawal to Kanzlei Königstraße, Köster & Associates, Königstraße 64, 70173 Stuttgart or to firstname.lastname@example.org is sufficient for keeping the deadline.
The right of withdrawal expires automatically when a lawyer – with your express consent – has started providing legal services before expiry of the withdrawal period.
